DMX Fails 4 Drug Test Now Under House Arrest
Rapper DMX appears in Maricopa County Superior Court with his attorney Cameron Morgan for a hearing, Thursday, May 15, 2008, in Phoenix. DMX has been placed under house arrest after showing up to court 30 minutes late for his bond hearing. The judge showed him mercy by not throwing in jail. DMX failed 4 different drug test for pot and cocaine. He also violated the court’s previous conditions that he not travel without prior permission. DMX is now rocking an ankle bracelet to make sure he doesn’t roam far from home.
